“ Tried this on way home from SF with teenager son. All I can say is wow and go now. Possible the best fried chicken sandwich ever. Huge portions, super nice owner. Located in a really old strip mall in Sunnyvale but don't let that scare you away. Try it, you'll LOVE it! ”
“ Halal food. All the fried chicken you can ask for. Always good to support local business. You can tell it's real chicken which is refreshing. I finally went in after it being my DoorDash go to. Great spot hope them nothing but success ”
“ Ordered the three piece chicken, spicy. Really good, juicy chicken. The spice is a dry pepper and is pretty spicy. Their signature sauce is sweet and is good with a little dab here and there with the chicken. Service was really good, would recommend. ”
“ One of my go-to's. Just filling, delicious fried chicken, sandwiches, loaded fries, etc. Their sauce is really nice savory flavor too. I also like the Yorker with the beef salami adding more meaty flavor. I also sometimes like getting the chicken and waffles, the sweetness of the waffles and syrup counter balancing the fried chicken, making for a nice brunch option. The staff are also nice and friendly. ”
“ One of the best fried chicken spots in town. Had the perfect crispy skin with soft, juicy fresh chicken. The chicken stays crispy even after a couple of hours. It's a little low key place, and takeout is easier if you're trying to feed a crowd rather than sitting in. The owner is very warm and friendly. We picked up food for our employees, and since our break starts before the restaurant opens, the owner was kind enough to accommodate our request and kept our food ready an hour before they even opened! Talk about great service! Trust me - once you have the fried chicken here, you won't want to have fried chicken from any other place. I'll definitely be ordering food from this place again - wish they had a branch in the north bay as well! ”
“ THIS FRIED CHICKEN PLACE IS AMAZING! Food comes out extremely fast and fried chicken is so crispy, juicy, and flavorful. There are various combo deals to choose from. Mine came with a tender, a burger, cajun fries, and a drink. The chicken is better than all the other fried chicken places I've tried. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. The portions are hefty and you will be full after. The staff is so nice as well! ”
“ We live in Sunnyvale and had a craving for fried chicken. We hadn't ordered from here before so we got a mix of tenders, wings, a chicken burger, sides (fries + macaroni salad), and some mango lassi (our kids love lassi). Food was delicious, with generous portions, and one of the sweet guys in the restaurant gave our toddler a balloon for "helping" his daddy to pick up dinner ”
“ Good fried chicken. Small business, family owned neighborhood restaurant. Good customer service as Waqar, the owner operated store. ”
“ If you're looking for a fried chicken spot with a different flair, this place is worth checking out. Definitely more of a "dry crunch" place, but with a more curry-esque flavor profile that distinguishes it from most other spots that are more Nashville style. My brother and I liked them enough that after a take out order we basically went right back for more in person! Ready parking in the sizable lot, even on Saturdays at peak hours, so an even better reason to give these guys a try. Service staff in person were also very polite and friendly; it's more of a fast casual place so our interactions were limited, but nothing unusual about the place. If you're here, I'm the fried chicken is definitely where it's at, but I do like their sandwiches and basically come in classic (bouncer), classic + double patty (beamer) and classic + salami (yorker). Spiciness at a medium was rather... not spicy at all (I could barely feel it) so the scale is skewed lower here, so order up a level or two for your spicy tolerance. They also have a number of deals that are pretty good value and I noticed a few seasonal specials around the shop front. ==Chicken Sandwiches 5/5 Overall, it's a wonderfully balanced sandwich and caters more to a South-Asian palate. The textures are a bit more crunchy focused than a moist crunch as the patties were definitely thinly cut than other spots. The cheese, slaw, and sauce definitely makes for a rich combo with more notes of cumin/cinnamon than celery (I swear their sauce tastes of tamarind?). Bread could've used a bit more to compliment it as a whole (like a bit more toasting), but is otherwise a nice fresh roll. The salami adds a really nice kick of flavor with each bite and I'm quite fond of the yorker myself. ==Fries - 3/5 These guys were average (in sizing and quality), but if you get the Cajun iterant they're pretty well seasoned with plenty of spice. Just crisp enough if you get them fresh, but nothing too special otherwise. ”
